SF9 Yoo Taeyang to Enlist on March 3... Fulfilling Military Duty in the Military Band

Yoo Taeyang, a member of the group SF9, will begin his military duty this coming March.

His agency, FNC Entertainment, announced on the 6th through the official fan cafe, "SF9 Yoo Taeyang will enter the training center on March 3."

According to the agency, Yoo Taeyang recently applied for the military band and received final acceptance notification from the Military Manpower Administration. Accordingly, he will enter the training center on March 3, complete basic military training, and then be assigned to the military band to serve diligently.

No official events will be held on the day of enlistment. The agency stated, "Since many soldiers will be present on the day of enlistment, the location and time will be kept private to prevent congestion at the site," and asked for fans' understanding.

They added, "We thank you for the generous love you send to SF9 Yoo Taeyang," and requested, "Please support Yoo Taeyang as he fulfills his military duty sincerely and returns healthy."

Yoo Taeyang, who debuted in 2016 as part of the group SF9, has been recognized for his outstanding performance skills as the main dancer of the team. He has since expanded his activities, starting with the musical 〈Altar Boys〉, followed by 〈The Three Musketeers〉, 〈Salieri〉, 〈Bloody Love〉, and 〈Rent〉, solidifying his position as a musical actor.
