Lee Beom-soo and Lee Yoon-jin finalize divorce proceedings... "Misunderstandings resolved and agreement reached"

Actor Lee Beom-soo (56) has completed the mutual divorce process approximately two years after the news of his separation from interpreter Lee Yoon-jin (43) was made public.

Lee Beom-soo's agency, Y1 Entertainment, stated in an official statement on the 6th, "We have completed all legal procedures related to the divorce through amicable agreement."

The agency further stated, "Both parties have resolved misunderstandings through sufficient discussions and have agreed to support each other as parents of their children moving forward."

On the same day, Lee Yoon-jin also shared her feelings through a handwritten letter on her social media.

She stated, "After concluding approximately 15 years of marriage, I have reached a mutual agreement for a consensual divorce with Mr. Lee Beom-soo," adding, "We have resolved misunderstandings that arose from a lack of communication during our marriage, and we have agreed to respect and support each other in our respective roles as parents of our children moving forward."

Lee Beom-soo and Lee Yoon-jin married in 2010 and have one son and one daughter. They previously showcased their harmonious family life on the KBS 2TV variety program 〈The Return of Superman〉. However, the news of their separation was revealed in March 2024, and they have since been undergoing divorce proceedings. Currently, it is reported that Lee Yoon-jin is active as a representative of Korea at a resort in Bali.
