Park Chan-wook's 'No Other Choice' Released in 4K Dolby Vision on Netflix

Director Park Chan-wook's film 〈No Other Choice〉 is being released on Netflix in a premium version upgraded with the highest quality picture and sound, promising an immersive experience beyond that of a theater.

On the 9th, CJ ENM announced, "The premium version of the film 〈No Other Choice〉 featuring 4K Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos has started service on Netflix."

This premium version enhances the fine details and depth of color on screen with 4K Dolby Vision technology, providing clear and rich picture quality even in dark scenes. Additionally, it implements three-dimensional and high-quality sound through Dolby Atmos audio technology.

Director Park Chan-wook personally participated in color correction and sound addition work, delicately maintaining the film's mise-en-scène and directorial intent. This is the first time the premium version of 〈No Other Choice〉 has been released on an online video service (OTT) platform.

The film 〈No Other Choice〉 depicts the story of a laid-off head of the family, Man-soo (Lee Byung-hun), who embarks on a journey to find re-employment to protect his family, based on Donald Westlake's novel 「The Ax」.
