'Invasion' is an extreme survival thriller that takes place inside a quarantined building due to the spread of an unidentified virus. It depicts the desperate struggle of humans as the infected evolve in unpredictable and bizarre ways. Director Yeon Sang-ho, who has built a unique worldview through works like 'Train to Busan', 'Peninsula', 'Hell', is expected to open a new horizon for the genre.
