The group BTS is heating up North America with its new world tour 'Arirang (ARIRANG)'. BigHit Music, the agency, said on the 29th that BTS drew about 190,000 spectators over three days of performances at the Tampa Raymond James Stadium in Florida from the 25th to the 26th and the 28th (local time).

At this concert, BTS kept the atmosphere at its peak by rolling out stage after stage of global megahits, including the song 'Hooligan' from the regular 5th album 'Arirang', as well as 'MIC Drop' and 'FAKE LOVE'.

In particular, during the 'Body to Body' performance, when the line from the Korean traditional folk song 'Arirang' rang out, a surreal scene unfolded: tens of thousands of local audience members burst into a 'singing-in-unison' in Korean all at once, making them feel the overwhelming stature of K-pop firsthand.

BTS members said, "We were nervous because it was the first show on the North America tour, but all our worries disappeared thanks to your fans' passionate support." They added, "You made the start of this tour perfect, and we're even more looking forward to the remaining dates."

With a successful start, BTS will take the stage at the El Paso Sun Bowl Stadium in Texas, the first time for a Korean artist on the 2nd and 3rd of next month. This North America tour will be held across a total of 12 cities, including Mexico City, Stanford, and Las Vegas, for 31 shows, and it set a remarkable record of all tickets selling out early for every leg.
