FIFTY FIFTY’s First Acting Challenge! Teen Occult Comedy ‘After-School Exorcism Club’ Kicks Off in May

〈After-School Exorcism Club〉 , a premium short-form drama releasing in May, is a teen occult comedy starring five delightfully offbeat high-school girls who band together to drive out the school’s resident spirits. Based on a universe connected to FIFTY FIFTY’s album, the show is known for weaving each member’s distinct personality and individuality into the script throughout. The direction is by Jeongju, who has previously delivered a range of sensational music videos, including BTOB’s “You Can’t Cry,” MeloMance’s “Greed,” and the OST “Heartbeat” for the mobile game “BTS WORLD”. 

The teaser poster for 〈After-School Exorcism Club〉, unveiled along with the casting news, grabs attention with a chilling midnight atmosphere—featuring the FIFTY FIFTY members walking down a spooky school hallway, alongside the tagline “A Cursed School, Chosen Children.” In 〈After-School Exorcism Club〉, the members split into high-school students with their own different charms, driving the story forward as they complete the plot of exorcising the ghosts hidden in school legends. 

Keena plays ‘Najinsim,’ the exorcism ace who can see ghosts even though she ranks last in class. Munshell takes on ‘Wang Sora,’ a student with athletic talent who becomes the shield of the exorcism club thanks to her natural skill. Yewon portrays ‘Choi Woo-suh,’ a perfectionist who is top of the class and has an overly sensitive constitution. Hana plays ‘Geumjo-yeon,’ a broadcast department member with an oddball, lovable personality, while Athena portrays ‘Jo A-young,’ the only daughter of a local influential family and an occult enthusiast. With five high-school girls whose personalities are so distinct, viewers are left wondering what kind of performances they will deliver—and whether they can truly protect the school.
