Park Ji-hyun praised her 〈Wild Thing〉 co-stars Kang Dong-won and Um Tae-goo, saying Kang could have succeeded as a dancer and Um was a natural onstage.

Park Ji-hyun, one of the stars of the film 〈Wild Thing〉, which opens June 3, met with Cineplay on the afternoon of the 26th at a location in Seoul's Jongno District and spoke about everything from preparing for the film to her thoughts on taking part in it.

〈Wild Thing〉 is a comedy film about 'Triangle,' a three-member co-ed dance group that once took the music industry by storm but disbanded overnight after becoming embroiled in an unexpected incident, as they make a reckless bid to seize a comeback opportunity 20 years later. Park Ji-hyun stars as Domi, the center of 'Triangle' and a woman of irresistible charm.

That day, Park spoke about each member of 'Triangle' and their strengths. 'Kang Dong-won has a real knack for dance. He came to the practice room three to four hours early every time and would be drenched in sweat. I admired how passionately he worked,' Park said of her co-star, adding, 'I think he would have done well even if he'd gone into dance.' Of Um Tae-goo, she said, 'He didn't show much during practice, but once he got onstage he became a completely different person. He's truly made for the stage.' She added with a laugh, 'Tae-goo winked a million times during his rap part. If I winked from behind too, it would overlap, so I thought, "He beat me to it."'

The film 〈Wild Thing〉, starring Park Ji-hyun, opens June 3.
