Lee Dong-wook and Kim Hye-jun Launch a Counterattack! ‘The Killer’s Shopping Mall’ Season 2 Teaser Poster & Trailer Released!

After surviving brutal handover, Jian (Kim Hye-jun), the new representative of the mall, teams up with Jinman (Lee Dong-wook), who has come back to life.

Viewers responded explosively to the newly released “Re-Opening” poster and trailer, with reactions such as “He’s back, Jinman,” “The best drama to look forward to among 2026’s big releases,” and “I’ve been waiting so desperately for this,” and now 〈The Killer’s Shopping Mall Season 2〉 has unveiled a teaser poster and teaser trailer that signal the start of the full-scale story. 〈The Killer’s Shopping Mall Season 2〉 is a stylish action series in which “Jian” (Kim Hye-jun), who becomes the mall’s new representative after enduring a brutal handover, joins forces with “Jinman” (Lee Dong-wook), who has returned from the dead, to launch a full-scale counterattack against “Babylon,” a global force.

The released poster delivers a strong visual impact as “Jinman” (Lee Dong-wook) and “Jian” (Kim Hye-jun) stare straight ahead with razor-sharp expressions alongside the tagline, “The handover is over.” In particular, Jian, who in Season 1 had only been flustered by the duo’s attacks aimed at his uncle’s mall, “Murderhelp,” now shows a sturdier look in his eyes, raising expectations for what kind of performance he will bring. On top of that, the sight of the two—both bearing facial wounds and carrying guns they can bring to bear against the enemy at any moment—piques curiosity about the new threats that are about to hit them and the further-expanded storyline.

The teaser trailer, released together, takes viewers through how “Jian,” after the brutal handover, becomes the new owner of the mall “Murderhelp” and stands up to “Babylon,” driving anticipation sharply higher. With countless threats pouring in—“Babylon,” which wants to use Jian to capture even “Jinman,” and “Vale” (Jo Han-seon), who burns with murderous intent toward Jinman—the chilling advice from Jinman, “You have to make sure you protect the arm that’s still left,” hints that Murderhelp’s fate won’t be smooth, delivering tension.

And then, Jian draws interest by preparing a counterattack to protect everything, saying, “I’m not afraid to die anymore.” How will Jian, who accepted a fate that unexpectedly descended on him and became the new representative by continuing on with Jinman, lead “Murderhelp”? Will he be able to break free from the massive defense conglomerate “Babylon,” which is waiting for opportunities to steal everything away? Global viewers are keeping a close eye on it.

Disney+ original series 〈The Killer’s Shopping Mall Season 2〉 is drawing heightened expectations that the director Lee Gwon-ik, who completed Season 1 with a solid level of completion, will once again step in to direct and unveil an even more expanded world to viewers. In addition, there are Lee Dong-wook as Jinman, who showed a strong presence and action; Kim Hye-jun as Jian, who discovers the suspicious identity of his uncle after being just an ordinary nephew; Jo Han-seon as Vale, the worst villain known as a killing machine; and Geum Hae-na, Kim Min, and Lee Tae-young, who return as “Min-hye,” “Pas-hin,” and “Brother,” respectively, and will be expected to deliver perfect on-screen chemistry as they reprise beloved roles as dependable helpers. Also, Yoonha Jeong, Hyeon-ri, and Masaki Okada—who earned recognition for their acting skills through work across various genres—are set to join forces as the new forces of Babylon’s East Asia branch, raising attention for the tense thrills they are expected to bring.

By showcasing changed characters through the teaser poster and trailer, 〈The Killer’s Shopping Mall Season 2〉 is scheduled to be released on Disney+ in July 2026.
