Pure immersion without the digital curtain: The essence of the stage Cortis will prove

Starting with its Incheon show, Cortis plans to deeply connect with global fandom across a total of 14 performances in nine cities worldwide, including North America and Japan.

The tour title ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’ is more than just a concert name—it’s a kind of declaration. The group carries a philosophical message to set aside the smartphone lens as a medium and directly exchange raw energy between artists and audiences. Member Juhun said, “It’s thrilling to complete a solo performance with the ‘core’ fandom at a point when we’re not even a year into our debut,” adding strong confidence in the stage. James also encouraged active audience participation, saying, “When you immerse yourself fully in the explosive heat on site—not beyond the lens—this is when the most complete form of memories will be made.”

Their fast momentum was already an expected outcome. The mini album ‘GREENGREEN’ released in May recorded an astonishing 2.31 million copies sold in just its first week, quickly landing the group on the ‘million-seller’ list. In particular, the title track ‘REDRED’ broke through the limits typically faced by rookie boy groups and seized the top ranks of major music charts, sparking a popular syndrome.

Cortis’s gaze now turns to a wider world. This fall, the group has been confirmed to take the stage at ‘Lollapalooza Chicago,’ the largest U.S. music festival, and at ‘Formula 1 (F1) Singapore Grand Prix,’ a globally recognized motorsports festival. Juhun said, “At stages on a global scale, we will prove music with a high level of completion that overwhelms public expectations,” reaffirming his resolve. With their moves placing them directly at the heart of the global pop market just one year after debut, the global music industry’s attention is focused on what they will do next.
