Gong Hyo-jin Set as First Guest for 'The White Collars' Season 3

Coupang Play's original comedy series 〈The White Collars〉 will premiere Season 3 on Aug. 29, with Gong Hyo-jin set as its first guest.

〈The White Collars〉 is a hyperrealistic, improvised sitcom that follows office life at the fictional company 'DY Planning'. Season 2 was nominated for the Baeksang Arts Awards' Best Variety Program and for Best Variety Program at the Blue Dragon Series Awards, earning recognition for both popularity and quality.

Directed by Kim Min, Season 3 evolves further into a sitcom format with interconnected episodes. The series adopts a more three-dimensional structure in which guests enter the DY Planning universe and help shape the story, and settings expand beyond the office to a variety of locations that reflect the highs and lows of office life.

Gong Hyo-jin will be the first guest of Season 3. In the premiere, she appears as a distinctive character who upends the office hierarchy at DY Planning and will improvise alongside the returning cast.

Season 3 will also bring back many of DY Planning's original cast members. Led by Shin Dong-yup, the cast includes Manager Hu (Baek Hyun-jin), Kim Min-gyo, Lee Su-ji, Hyun Bong-sik, Kim Won-hoon, Ji Ye-eun, Cha Jung-won (Car, the Garden), and Sim Ja-yoon (STAYC's Yoon), who will add energy to the series.

The office comedy series 〈The White Collars〉 Season 3 will premiere on Aug. 29 at 8 p.m. on Coupang Play.
