Solo debut seven years after debut; ‘Lovesick’ out Nov. 9 JYP Entertainment kicked off the comeback campaign by unveiling concept photos for Chaeryeong’s first solo mini album, ‘Lovesick,’ through its official social media channels at midnight on Oct. 26. Set for release at 6 p.m. on Nov. 9, the new album is led by the title track of the same name and is expected to showcase the full extent of her abilities as the group’s third soloist, following Yeji and Yuna.

Concept photos showcase contrasting charm, from nonchalant to quirky In the photos released that day, Chaeryeong immediately catches the eye with a fresh appeal distinct from her dazzling stage presence. She hints at the album’s unique mood with a cool, indifferent expression in front of a screen filled with algorithms, and by quirkily peering beneath a desk. Her styling pairs a crisp shirt with high heels, adding a mature mood to her signature lovely, girlish aura and heightening curiosity about the new musical color she will explore as a solo artist.

Closer connection with fans through blog… A new leap for a seasoned performer Ahead of her solo debut, Chaeryeong has also opened a personal blog to share her tastes and document preparations for the album, bringing her closer to fans.
