Global girl group 'BLACKPINK' marks its 10th debut anniversary with a special collaboration with the National Museum of Korea product brand 'MU:DS (MU:DS)'. YG PLUS on the 5th officially announced seven types of 'BLACKPINK Heritage Collection', which reinterprets Korea’s traditional cultural heritage in a modern way.

This collection reflects the traces 'BLACKPINK' has left in the world of popular music over the past 10 years through traditional objects. It consists of a total of seven product items, including folding fans and combs that capture the charm of Korea, and it will heighten global fans’ desire to collect by satisfying both practicality and artistry. In the cultural community, observers are calling the project “an exceptional case where the global influence of K-pop artists and Korea’s distinctive cultural value come together.”

The collection goes beyond just a planned merchandise concept and also extends into a real exhibition. Starting Aug. 8, it will be open to the public in a designated space within the 'National Museum of Korea' permanent exhibition halls. Attention is on what kind of synergy will be created when a pop culture icon meets a national flagship museum.
