At the heart of the J-pop phenomenon, a hub for Asian musical exchange enters its third year

The music festival 'Wonderrivet 2026', which has established itself as one of Asia's leading J-pop festivals, will open Nov. 20 for a three-day run through Nov. 22 at Exhibition Center 2 of KINTEX in Goyang, on a massive scale.

Co-hosts 'Rivet' and 'Wonderrock' confirmed the official schedule on the 21st, saying, "A total of 42 acts, including top-tier J-pop artists, will join this year's festival and deliver a diverse range of performances." The full lineup, which has drawn intense interest from fans, will be unveiled on the 27th.

'Wonderrivet', launched in 2024 and now entering its third year, has established itself as a distinctive festival with a strong fan base by inviting a wide range of popular artists who shape trends in Japan's music scene each year.

Last year's festival drew an explosive response, with Japan's leading rock band 'Bump of Chicken' joined by 'Ikimonogakari' and 'SPYAIR' as headliners. Acclaimed South Korean artists 'Lee Seung-yoon' and '10CM' also took the stage, creating a rich live program that symbolized musical exchange between South Korea and Japan.

With another large-scale lineup of 42 acts announced for this year, music fans are eagerly awaiting which artists will fire up the KINTEX stage.
