NCT marks 10th anniversary with Seoul-wide festival, bringing Pearl Neo Champagne wave, fountain shows and costume exhibits

NCT takes over Seoul landmarks beyond the heart of K-pop

NCT will bathe Seoul in its signature identity as the group celebrates its 10th anniversary. SM Entertainment officially announced on Aug. 31 that it will hold the “NCT 10th Anniversary Festival” throughout Seoul next month. The event stands out for its unusual scale, using the entire city as a stage rather than limiting the celebration to a fan meeting or concert.

The festival will run throughout the month, filling sites across Seoul with NCT’s music, symbolic sculptures and the glow of “Pearl Neo Champagne,” the group’s official color. A wide range of in-person events will bring fans and residents together and light up the city day and night.

The first major attraction will be Banpo Hangang Park. From the first through the fifth of next month, “Moonlight Rainbow Fountain” will play megahits by every NCT unit, including NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, NCT WISH and NCT U. The large-scale fountain show, pairing dazzling streams of water with music, will offer visitors to the Han River an unforgettable audiovisual experience on autumn nights.

A collaboration with the 2027 S/S Seoul Fashion Week around Jamsil’s Lotte World Tower is another highlight. From the fourth through the sixth of next month, stage outfits actually worn by NCT members during promotions will be exhibited. On the sixth, a “Curated Runway” combining NCT’s music and fashion will take place. An “NCT Flea Market” will also offer fans the chance to buy members’ personal items and outfits, and is expected to draw an enthusiastic response.

Other attractions will include large art balloons dotting the city’s skyline and nighttime lighting events illuminating major landmarks. The celebration is expected to set a new precedent by expanding a K-pop artist’s anniversary beyond a single event into a citywide cultural festival.
