A healing stage shaped by a legendary breath will soothe Korea once again

World-renowned saxophonist 'Kenny G' will perform in Korea for two days, from the 20th to the 21st of next month, at the Grand Theater of Kwangwoon University's Donghae Culture and Arts Center in Seoul. We Alive, the concert promoter, officially announced the shows on the 3rd. The concerts will mark Kenny G's first meeting with Korean audiences in '2 years, 6 months', following his Seoul and Busan concerts in April 2024.

'Kenny G' is considered one of the most successful performers in the history of popular music. Led by 'Breathless', the best-selling instrumental album of all time, and 'Miracles: The Holiday Album', a perennial holiday-season favorite, he has sold more than '75 million' records worldwide. The lyrical tone unique to the soprano saxophone and his unmistakable melodies have left a deep impression on listeners across borders and generations.

His musical journey continues. In 2023, he released 'Innocence', his 20th studio album, reimagining lullabies and classical melodies with a modern sensibility and reaffirming his enduring stature. Through high-profile collaborations with leading contemporary pop stars including 'The Weeknd' and 'Jon Batiste', he has further broadened his musical range and built a powerful influence that spans generations.

We Alive said the upcoming Korea concerts “will offer a special time of healing and romance that warmly embraces everyday life.” Kenny G's dazzling live performance, set to unfold at the peak of autumn, is expected to leave a lasting impression on Korean fans worn down by the demands of daily life.
