A showcase of global IP, K-pop and next-generation games
KRAFTON will take part in G-STAR 2026, the international game expo opening on the 19th at BEXCO in Busan, with a major collaboration booth bringing together its global hit PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS and chart-topping girl group IVE. According to the on-site program and booth renderings released on the 3rd, the exhibition will be more than a place to try games: it will be a multifaceted entertainment space combining K-pop culture with the worlds of games.
The PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS booth will put its recent collaboration with IVE front and center. Key in-game content will be brought to life in the physical space, including the “IVE Mansion,” inspired by the hit song “LOVE DIVE,” and the dedicated “IVE Emote Stage.” A special photo zone combining the game’s signature, hard-hitting battlefield atmosphere with IVE’s dazzling visuals is expected to offer visitors an unparalleled sense of immersion.
The lineup of new games will also have a range of hands-on demo areas. TARAE: The Unbound, set in an Eastern dark fantasy world, will create an imposing atmosphere with traditional architectural elements and iconic in-game objects. Visitors will be the first in Korea to play as the new class Tugwi, which was not revealed in the version shown at gamescom.
At the Age Twisters booth, a two-player co-op demo area will let two visitors play together. Guests can also take commemorative photos in a photo zone featuring the game’s dynamic settings and characters. Adventure game Waltz and Jam will hold photo sessions with mascots of its main characters, “Waltz” and “Jam,” and connect with visitors through an interactive event inviting them to upload on-site photos to social media.
Overgeared Hero, which will be presented on mobile and tablet platforms, will feature a retro pixel-art photo zone that captures the game’s nostalgic feel. Visitors can dress up as key in-game character classes, including warriors, mages and archers, and take distinctive souvenir photos.
KRAFTON will also host a variety of stage programs throughout the exhibition, engaging with visitors. The full performer lineup and detailed schedule will be announced later through official channels.
