Virtual Idol PLAVE, First Asia Tour Concert Live Broadcast in Theaters!

Lotte Cinema and CGV announced on the 14th that they will live broadcast the first Asia tour concert of the virtual idol group PLAVE in theaters.

The two companies stated that they will simultaneously screen the performance on the last day, the 17th, of the '2025 PLAVE Asia Tour [Dash: Quantum Leap] in Seoul' concert, which will be held at the KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Seoul, at over 10 Lotte Cinema locations and more than 20 CGV locations. The performance is expected to last 240 minutes.

In particular, special screenings will be held at some theaters, such as Lotte Cinema World Tower 21 and CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall 1, where audiences can enjoy the concert while holding official light sticks.

The two multiplex companies also announced that they will hold separate events for fans, including giveaways of photo cards.

This concert is the first Asia tour performance held by PLAVE, which debuted in 2023, after two years, and will take place over three days from August 15 to 17. This performance by PLAVE marks the first instance of a virtual idol taking the stage at the KSPO Dome. PLAVE is a five-member virtual idol group that is rapidly growing, primarily in Korea and the Asian region.
