The production process of the globally popular Netflix animated film <K-Pop Demon Hunters> (K-Demon) has been detailed, drawing attention to the production team's meticulous approach to Korean culture.

In the behind-the-scenes video released on the 11th, director Maggie Kang stated, "We wanted to vividly express the K-Pop world while incorporating true Korean elements." Born in Korea and immigrating to Canada at the age of five, director Maggie Kang revealed that she personally traveled across Korea with the production team for realistic depictions.

The production team's exploration of Korean culture was extensive, ranging from food to architecture. They reportedly held a gathering over 'K-Food' while tasting Korean dishes and meticulously observed everything from hanok to the bricks on the streets.

Actor Aden Cho, who plays the role of 'Rumi', evaluated the work as "a piece that perfectly captures Korean culture, from Korean food to the streets of Gangnam."

The process of creating the charming characters of the evil spirit group 'Lion Boys' was also revealed. Director Chris Appelhans recalled, "It was really fun to make Lion Boys sexy." Director Maggie Kang expressed her careful consideration of the character's visual completeness, saying, "I wondered how to light these abs to really enjoy them."

The recording process of the actors portraying the three-member girl group 'HuntRix' was also detailed. The video included scenes of the three actors working in the recording studio and a cheerful moment of taking selfies in front of the microphone. Actor Yoo Ji-young, who plays the youngest member 'Joy', conveyed the diverse charm of the work, saying, "It has everything from fun and sadness to action, and we really look cute."
