The Korean original musical 〈Red Book〉 is meeting the audience again for its fourth season.

Production company Atteod announced on the 23rd that the fourth season performance of the musical 〈Red Book〉 will be held from September 23 to December 7 at the Universal Art Center in Seoul. This performance will run for about two and a half months, featuring many of the most notable actors in the Korean musical scene.

〈Red Book〉 is an original musical set in 19th century London, England, depicting the story of the progressive woman Anna and the principled lawyer Brown. Co-created by writer Han Jeong-seok and composer Lee Seon-young, this work was honored as the New Work of the Year by the Korean Arts Council's Performing Arts Creation Fund and premiered in 2018.

At the 6th Korean Musical Awards in 2022, it swept four categories including Best Actress, Best Director, Best Music, and Best Work (over 400 seats), showcasing the strength of Korean original musicals.

The biggest point of interest this season is the casting of the lead actors. For the role of the female lead Anna, the representative diva of the musical world, Ok Joo-hyun, along with Ivy and Min Kyung-a, will appear in a triple casting. Notably, Ivy is returning to the role of Anna after four years since the 2021 revival, raising fans' expectations.

For the role of lawyer Brown, Song Won-geun, Ji Hyun-woo, and Kim Seong-sik have been cast. They are also expected to add new interpretations to the character with their unique personalities and acting skills.
