Ice Cube's new movie has received a humiliating review.

Released on July 30 on Prime Video, 〈War of the Worlds〉 received a tomato score of 0% on 'Rotten Tomatoes' as of August 5. Of course, with only 12 critic samples, there is a possibility of improvement, but it also received a low score of 12% on the 'popcorn score' given by the audience. It has a low score of 3.2 on IMDb as well.

〈War of the Worlds〉 is a work that transforms H. G. Wells' novel published in Korea as 'War of the Worlds' into a 21st-century style. It depicts the process of Will Radford, a member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, responding to an alien invasion, uniquely choosing the Screenlife genre (a method composed only of electronic device screens). Ice Cube plays the role of Will Radford, making his live-action film appearance after 5 years since 〈My First Superstar〉 (The High Note), but the results are devastating.

Nevertheless, according to the OTT statistics site 'PatrolFlix', 〈War of the Worlds〉 has consistently ranked first in the Prime Video movie section since its release, indicating that it is generating buzz.
