JYP Global Girl Group VCHA Changes Team Name to GIRLSET for a Fresh Start

JYP Entertainment announced a fresh start by changing the global girl group VCHA's name to 'GIRLSET'.

On August 7, 2025, JYP officially announced the rebranding by revealing the film and logo design of 'GIRLSET' through their official SNS channels. JYP explained, "The group name carries the meaning of defining an infinite future and significance without restrictions." The newly formed GIRLSET consists of four members: Lexi, Camila, Kendall, and Savannah.

The rebranding film captures the members' new visuals and expresses various emotions, showcasing their genuine charm after a year and five months. The phrase at the end of the video, "We're setting who we are," symbolizes their determination to define their identity and limitless future. Additionally, the heart-shaped logo design conveys the message of sharing the stories of the members' hearts with the world.

GIRLSET is set to resume activities with the release of their new single 'Commas' on August 29.
