Minnie from i-dle Makes Screen Debut...Becomes the Protagonist of '50 First Kisses'

Minnie is set to transform into Thailand's Drew Barrymore.

Minnie, a member of the group i-dle, will appear in the Thai remake of the Hollywood film 〈50 First Kisses〉. The role she plays is that of a woman suffering from short-term memory loss, originally portrayed by Drew Barrymore in the original film. She loses her memory every day and returns to the day of a traffic accident, but gradually opens her heart through the male protagonist's active efforts.

Minnie previously challenged herself in acting in the 2021 Netflix original sitcom 〈I Wish the Earth Would End Tomorrow〉. With this 〈50 First Kisses〉 Thai remake, she will make her screen debut in her home country as well.

The Thai remake of 〈50 First Kisses〉 will begin full-scale filming in October, featuring Minnie alongside Nadech Kugimiya in the lead role.
