Comedian Park Myung-soo reacted to the news of singer Kim Jong-kook's marriage with his characteristic witty response to offer his congratulations.

On the 18th, during KBS radio's 'Park Myung-soo's Radio Show', when Kim Jong-kook's 'Lovely' played, Park Myung-soo mentioned Kim Jong-kook's marriage news.

Park Myung-soo said, 'Jong-kook is getting married? Congratulations!' and after offering his congratulations, he added, 'Why is everyone making marriage so hard?' which drew laughter with his unique wit.

Earlier that morning, Kim Jong-kook announced his marriage news through a handwritten letter, stating, 'This year marks my 30th anniversary since debut, but instead of making the album I wanted, I made my other half. Still, please congratulate and support me.'

Kim Jong-kook is reportedly planning to hold a private wedding at a location in Seoul, inviting only family and close friends.
