The Story of Breaking Up with Yunho Due to Misunderstandings

On the August 20th broadcast of MBC's entertainment show 'Radio Star' episode 928, Kim Hee-chul revealed that he has caused many troubles due to his flower beauty, sharing episodes from his trainee days.

"I can't imagine it now, but both Yunho and I were trainees. There was a huge hamburger place on Apgujeong Rodeo Street. Yunho and I were sitting on the second floor trying to eat hamburgers, and he said he had a friend he liked," he recalled.

He continued, "At that time, I had long hair and was wearing floral patterns. Yunho was sitting there, and when that friend came up, she saw my back and misunderstood (thinking I was with another girl) and just left," explaining the situation back then.

"At that time, we were both young and didn't know. I wondered why she didn't come up. We lost contact, and Yunho cried a lot. It was a story known to the TVXQ fan club Cassiopeia and the Super Junior fan club ELF, so I said thank you back then," he said, making everyone laugh.

Mithra Jin and Gay Rumors, Friendship that Deceived Epik High

Kim Hee-chul continued with the episode. "Me, Geun-seok, and Hong-ki have similar vibes, right? Our actions are like that. There were a lot of gay rumors about me and Geun-seok. Eventually, I ended up with Mithra Jin dating rumors. It became a big deal," he revealed.

"We were really close. He was the first friend I got close to after debut. Mithra Jin is taller and more macho than me, and I had long hair, so we hung out together. We walked around with our arms linked," he explained the situation back then.

"It was so serious that when Mithra Jin met me, he kept it a secret from the Epik High hyungs. He got caught by Tablo hyung, and Tablo hyung looked at us really strangely," showing the seriousness of the misunderstanding at that time.

The 'Cuddly' Couple Car Incident

When Kim Gu-ra questioned why Mithra Jin hid it, Kim Hee-chul explained, "The reason I liked Mithra Jin was that he felt completely opposite to me. When we met, he listened to my stories seriously. And we had the same car as Mithra Jin."

"I always sat in the passenger seat with Mithra Jin. There was a cuddly feeling in the passenger seat. The driver was still, and I was busy preparing snacks for us," he shared about the couple car incident that could easily lead to misunderstandings.

Kim Hee-chul joked that he was worried that Mithra Jin's wife, who watched the broadcast, would be surprised, saying, "I went to the wedding and took pictures together, but seeing him getting married made me feel sad," making everyone laugh.
