'Love, Maybe' from 'KPop Demon Hunters' Hits 100 Million Streams on Spotify

Melomance's 'Love, Maybe' is riding the popularity of 〈KPop Demon Hunters〉 and making a comeback.

'Love, Maybe' is a medium tempo love song written by Kim Min-seok and composed by Melomance, which has been loved consistently since its release as the OST for the drama 〈Business Proposal〉 aired in 2022. Recently, this song has been inserted into a scene where the main characters Lumi and Jinwoo meet in the movie 〈KPop Demon Hunters〉, leading to its resurgence.

Recently, on the global music platform Spotify, 'Love, Maybe' from the album 'KPop Demon Hunters (Soundtrack from the Netflix Film)' reached 197th place on the U.S. daily chart (as of August 24). The daily streaming count has maintained a steady rise, exceeding 700,000 streams (as of August 26). Last month, it surpassed 100 million cumulative streams, proving the high interest from overseas listeners.

In the Korean charts, the long-running and resurgence phenomenon of 'Love, Maybe' continues. It recorded 74th place on the Melon TOP100 chart (as of August 28), showing a rapid rise. It also entered the top 100 on major music platforms like Genie and Bugs in the real-time charts for August, solidifying its position as a steady-selling OST.

Meanwhile, Melomance released their 8th EP Album 'Romance Express' last April.
