Singer and broadcaster Kim Jong-kook has signed an exclusive contract with Galaxy Corporation, which is home to G-Dragon and Song Kang-ho.

Galaxy Corporation announced on the 10th that they have signed an exclusive contract with Kim Jong-kook. The agency stated that Kim Jong-kook is preparing for a new album release and concert to celebrate his 30th anniversary since debut.

With this, Kim Jong-kook has become part of the same agency as singer G-Dragon and actor Song Kang-ho, who are currently affiliated with Galaxy Corporation.

Kim Jong-kook made his debut in the music industry in 1995 as a member of the group Turbo. Afterward, he transitioned to a solo artist and has been actively performing, setting a record by winning the grand prize at all three major broadcasting stations' music awards in 2005.

Alongside his music activities, Kim Jong-kook has also made a name for himself in entertainment programs, solidifying his position as a broadcaster by winning the SBS Entertainment Award in 2020.
