'Exit 8', Korean Release Date Confirmed

The film 〈Exit 8〉 has confirmed its release date in Korea.

Based on the game of the same name, 〈Exit 8〉 tells the story of characters trapped in a space from which they cannot escape until they discover the anomaly. The film adds a narrative to the game, which caused eerie horror through the process of finding differences while moving back and forth in the same space without any notable characters.

Having premiered in Japan on August 29, 〈Exit 8〉 will meet Korean audiences at the 30th Busan International Film Festival, which opens on September 18. Although the release date was not set at the time of the invitation, on September 10, the distributor confirmed the release date as October 22 and revealed the poster. The poster features an empty corridor, which symbolizes the work.

Meanwhile, the lead actor of 〈Exit 8〉, Kazunari Ninomiya, is scheduled to attend the Busan International Film Festival to meet with Korean fans.
