Quentin Tarantino is set to release the 〈Kill Bill〉 duology as a single film version.

Quentin Tarantino's film 〈Kill Bill〉 tells the story of a woman who, after being betrayed by her former colleagues and boss while trying to leave her life as a killer and live a normal life, seeks revenge. At the time, Tarantino and the distributor split the extensive content, which exceeds four hours, into two parts: 〈Kill Bill - Volume 1〉 (2003) and 〈Kill Bill - Volume 2〉 (2004).

According to recent reports, the 〈Kill Bill〉 duology will be released in a new version starting December 5 in North America. This version is said to include approximately 7 minutes of previously unreleased animated scenes, going beyond a simple compilation of 〈Kill Bill - Volume 1〉 and 〈Kill Bill - Volume 2〉, and will be screened in 70mm and 35mm film formats. The title of this version is reported to be 〈Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair〉.

Aside from its previous screenings at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival and a personal screening by the director in 2011, 〈Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair〉 has never been publicly shown and is said to include an intermission.
