Drama 'Insiders' Reports Successive Departures

The drama 〈Insiders〉 has reported successive departures.

〈Insiders〉 is a series based on the Korean film of the same name, dealing with their past. In the film 〈Insiders〉, which stars Jo Seung-woo, Lee Byung-hun, and Baek Yoon-sik, the past of Lee Kang-hee, played by Baek Yoon-sik, and Ahn Sang-goo, played by Lee Byung-hun, was to be portrayed by Song Kang-ho and Go Kyung-pyo.

However, on October 16, various media reported a sudden change in 〈Insiders〉. First, Song Kang-ho has departed from the drama, and Lee Sung-min is considering the role. Go Kyung-pyo has also departed, and the role has been offered to Ju Ji-hoon. Additionally, director Mo Wan-il, who was selected for the drama, has announced his departure, and Su Ae, who was supposed to play the role of newspaper executive Kang Young-im, has also announced her departure.

According to the production company Hive Media Corp, the departing members, including Song Kang-ho and Go Kyung-pyo, left due to scheduling issues and are expected to complete preparations aiming for the first shoot at the end of this year.
