Singer Jay Park attended the breast cancer awareness campaign 'Love Your W 2025' event held on October 15, where he performed on stage. Recently injured on his right foot and using crutches, Jay Park showed his enthusiastic spirit by taking the stage while relying on them.

However, immediately after the event, there were criticisms that the song he performed on stage, 'MOMMAE', was not appropriate for the event's purpose. The reaction was that 'MOMMAE' contains lyrics that directly reference parts of a woman's body, which did not align with the campaign.

In response, Jay Park posted a clarification on his SNS on October 16. He stated, "I understood that the party and performance after the official breast cancer campaign event were for the people gathered there with good intentions and good hearts, so I treated it like a regular performance. I apologize if any cancer patients felt uncomfortable or displeased while watching my performance. I wish everyone good health. Fighting!"
