SBS has announced the airing of the documentary 〈The Time of the Monster〉 that has been meticulously prepared.

The 4-part documentary 〈The Time of the Monster〉 will air for two weeks starting November 1st, focusing on the birth and evolution of the worst serial killers, produced by the team behind 〈I Want to Know That〉. Parts 1 and 2 will reconstruct the crimes of the true culprit of the Hwaseong serial murders, Lee Chun-jae, while Parts 3 and 4 will focus on the murder corporation CEO, Choi Se-yong.

Unlike 〈I Want to Know That〉, which deals with existing unsolved cases or ongoing cases, the production team of 〈The Time of the Monster〉 will reconstruct the events based on the two cases that have been clarified, focusing on the turning points that could have prevented them and the potential for new brutal crimes that may emerge in the future.

As expected from the veteran production team of 〈I Want to Know That〉, it will provide an opportunity to reflect on the two cases based on extensive research and materials. It will be broadcast on November 1st and 2nd, and 8th and 9th at 11:10 PM.
