Director Yoon Ga-eun's new film 〈Master of the World〉 has surpassed a cumulative audience of 30,000 in just 5 days since its release, maintaining the number one spot at the Korean independent film box office in its opening week, thanks to explosive audience word of mouth. 〈Master of the World〉 tells the story of an enigmatic 18-year-old high school girl, ‘Juin’, who refuses to participate in a signature campaign involving the entire student body and begins to receive mysterious notes. Additionally, the CGV Golden Egg Index, which measures viewer satisfaction, rose from 96% to 98%, spreading positive reviews.
