
Hollywood star Zac Efron made a surprise appearance on the semifinals stage of ABC's popular competition show 'Dancing with the Stars (DWTS)' aired on November 18, passionately supporting his brother Dylan Efron, creating a buzz. This marked Zac's first visit to the broadcast site since the start of season 34, fulfilling fans' long-awaited expectations.
Cheering from the Audience and a Cute Question
On this semifinals stage, held as 'Prince Night', Dylan Efron and his partner Daniella Karagach showcased a powerful tango to Prince's 'I Would Die for You'. They received high praise from judge Derek Hough for Dylan's "strong frame", earning 27 points in their first performance.
Zac Efron was seen cheering for his brother from the front row of the audience, with his 5-year-old sister Olivia sitting on his lap alongside their mother Stella Bascetta.
In particular, after the score announcement, a scene was captured where Zac asked his mother, "Is this a good score?", which quickly spread through social media, generating a viral reaction.
"Having My Brother Here Means Everything"
After the broadcast, Dylan Efron shared his feelings about his brother's support in an interview with E! News. He expressed, "Having grown up watching my brother do this, it’s really unbelievable that he came to see me now," adding that "his presence means everything to me".
Famous for 'High School Musical', Zac Efron is known to have specially flown in to support his brother, even though he does not currently reside in LA.
Dylan and Daniella's team added 28 points in their second performance, achieving a total of 55 points and successfully advancing to the finals.
