Singer Rain (Jung Ji-hoon), known for his thorough self-management and perfect physique, has recently made headlines by revealing that he was diagnosed with hyperlipidemia in his health checkup.

On the 20th, Rain candidly shared this fact in a video of an omakase shoot with YouTuber Jjuyang posted on his YouTube channel 'Season by Season'.

"How can I exercise more?"

When Jjuyang asked about the health checkup in the video, Rain said, "I was told I have hyperlipidemia during my health checkup," and added, "The doctor told me to exercise more," surprising the viewers.

He continued, "No, doctor, how can I exercise more here?" showing his inability to hide his embarrassment. It was unexpected for Rain, who is known for maintaining a perfect body shape through intense workouts, to receive such a prescription to exercise more.

Hyperlipidemia refers to a condition where there is an excess of lipids or fats in the blood, and it is a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases classified as one of the three major chronic diseases along with hypertension and diabetes. Experts advise that even individuals with a slim physique like Rain can develop hyperlipidemia due to genetic factors or dietary habits.

Meanwhile, singer Rain is married to actress Kim Tae-hee and has two daughters. Recently, he has been actively communicating with fans through various entertainment programs and YouTube activities.
