Wavve to Release BL Drama 'Thunder Cloud Rain Storm' on 28th (Friday).. Wanna One's Yoon Ji-sung Cast

Wavve is launching the BL drama 〈Thunder Cloud Rain Storm〉.

Set to be released at midnight on the 28th (Friday) on Wavve, 〈Thunder Cloud Rain Storm〉 is a BL drama that deals with the intense romance of youth, where a relationship that starts in innocence transforms into one filled with jealousy and possessiveness. The drama is based on the popular web novel by author Che-sim, telling the story of cousins Lee Il-jo and Seo Jeong-han who reunite at the funeral of their deceased uncle. Directed by Min Chae-yeon, who also directed the BL drama 〈Happy Merry Ending〉 and 〈Its Love〉, the show promises to beautifully and realistically portray delicate emotional lines and psychological depictions.

The protagonist of 〈Thunder Cloud Rain Storm〉 is Yoon Ji-sung, a former member of the boy group Wanna One. He plays the role of Lee Il-jo, a penniless individual who struggles to find his purpose in life after his father, who was caring for him, passes away unexpectedly, hinting at a passionate romance. Alongside him, the role of Seo Jeong-han, the group heir who impulsively brings Lee Il-jo into his home, is played by rising star Jung Ri-woo, who has gained recognition in musicals and web dramas, capturing the delicate emotions within a relationship that begins in innocence.
