Zachary Ty Bryan (44), who was beloved as the eldest son 'Brad' in the popular 90s sitcom 'Home Improvement', has found himself behind bars once again. This time, he is incarcerated alongside his girlfriend.

According to foreign media outlets including TMZ on December 1 (local time), Bryan was arrested on November 29 (Saturday) in Eugene, Oregon for probation violation and is currently held at the Lane County Jail. The court has denied him bail, and he is expected to remain in custody until December 3.

Bryan had previously been convicted of domestic violence in 2023 and was sentenced to three years of probation. With probation lasting until October 2026, he has once again violated the terms, bringing legal trouble upon himself.

Even more shocking is that his partner and mother of three children, Johnny Pay Cartwright, was also arrested on the same day. She faces a total of five felony charges, including DUI, three counts of reckless endangerment, and attempted first-degree assault. Their relationship has been known to be a typical 'toxic relationship' marked by repeated incidents of violence, drinking, and police involvement since 2020.
