Tarantino's Official Participation in the Spin-off, 'Kill Bill' Short Released in 'Fortnite'

〈Kill Bill〉's unreleased story will be revealed through the game 'Fortnite'.

The game 'Fortnite' started its 'Chapter 7: Pacific Break' service on November 30 (local time). This season brought various changes to 'Fortnite', inspired by the culture and region of the American West, featuring several movie characters and concepts such as Bride (〈Kill Bill〉) and Marty McFly (〈Back to the Future〉) implemented in the game.

What particularly drew attention was that a short film containing a story that was not covered in Quentin Tarantino's 〈Kill Bill〉 series was produced for 'Fortnite'. This short animation was screened in the in-game theater and later released on various YouTube channels. It is an officially recognized spin-off by Quentin Tarantino, and Uma Thurman returned to voice the character of Bride.

〈The Lost Chapter: Yuki's Revenge〉 tells the story of Yuki Yubari, who steps onto American soil to find the Bride who killed her younger sister, Gogo Yubari.
