Netflix Series 'The Confession of the Master' Press Conference Successfully Concluded.. Jeon Do-yeon & Kim Go-eun Share Their Thoughts on Reuniting After 10 Years

The Netflix series 〈The Confession of the Master〉 has successfully concluded its press conference, fan screening, and stage greeting.

The mystery thriller 〈The Confession of the Master〉 depicts the events between 'Yoon-soo', who is suspected of killing her husband, and the mysterious figure known as 'Mo-eun'. The press conference took place on December 3 (Wednesday) at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall. Director Lee Jung-hyo and actors Jeon Do-yeon, Kim Go-eun, and Park Hae-soo attended the event to share insights about the work.

In particular, Jeon Do-yeon and Kim Go-eun, who reunited after 10 years since the film 〈The Lady and the Sword〉, revealed their deepened trust in each other. Jeon Do-yeon stated, "I thought Kim Go-eun has grown so much this time, and it was very reassuring to work together," while Kim Go-eun shared, "I received a lot of help during 〈The Lady and the Sword〉. I think I approached this project with the mindset that I wanted to be a strong support for her." Park Hae-soo, who worked with Jeon Do-yeon in the play 〈The Cherry Orchard〉, expressed, "It was a fascinating experience to meet Jeon Do-yeon in a different role within 〈The Confession of the Master〉." He also commented on his first collaboration with Kim Go-eun, saying, "Seeing Kim Go-eun's drastic transformation and her cold and dry performance made me think this project would be really interesting," raising expectations for the solid chemistry enhanced by the three actors' skills.

The Netflix series 〈The Confession of the Master〉 will be released on December 5.
