EXO Confirms Comeback in January 2026 with Regular 8th Album 'REVERXE'

The group EXO has confirmed the release of their regular 8th album in January 2026, signaling the full resumption of team activities.

On the 15th, the agency SM Entertainment officially announced that EXO will release their regular 8th album 'REVERXE' on January 19, 2026.

This album is the regular album that EXO will release approximately 2 years and 6 months after their regular 7th album 'EXIST' which was presented in July 2023. It will include a total of 9 songs, including the title track 'I'm Home', featuring all 6 members: Suho, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, Sehun, and Lay.

Before the album release, EXO held a fan meeting on the 14th, marking the beginning of their team activities. After going through a hiatus with members sequentially enlisting since 2019, starting with Xiumin and D.O., all members have completed their military service with Sehun's discharge in September this year.

At the fan meeting, the stage for the new song 'I'm Home' was revealed for the first time, and representative hit songs of EXO such as 'Growl' and 'First Snow' were also performed, eliciting enthusiastic responses from fans.

The members stated, "We will continuously come to you in a more complete form in the future," and expressed their firm determination, saying, "We will do our best to fill 2026 with EXO."

Meanwhile, Lay, who announced his absence on the day of the fan meeting, stated through Chinese SNS Weibo the day before, "I urgently moved to Beijing to attend an important event at the National Drama Theatre," and expressed his sincere apologies to everyone who experienced inconvenience due to his absence.
