
The romance that the world has been waiting for, Netflix 'Bridgerton' Season 4 finally unveils. This season features a Korean-American actress taking on the lead role for the first time in the series, raising expectations among domestic fans like never before.
According to Netflix and foreign media on the 29th (Korean time), Part 1 of 'Bridgerton' Season 4 will be released today at 5 PM (Korean time) simultaneously worldwide. In Eastern Standard Time (ET), it will be at 3 AM.

◆ Not 'Sophie Beckett' but 'Sophie Baek'
The protagonist of this season is Benedict (Luke Thompson), the second son of the Bridgerton family. The character 'Sophie', who is the counterpart and the protagonist of the Cinderella narrative, is played by Korean-Australian actress Yerin Ha. The production team made a bold decision to change the original novel's surname from 'Beckett' to 'Baek' to respect Yerin Ha's Korean identity. It will be interesting to see how Korean elements are incorporated into the story.

Season 4 consists of a total of 8 episodes, with Part 1 releasing episodes 1 to 4 today. The remaining episodes 5 to 8 (Part 2) are scheduled to be released about a month later on February 26.
