The symbol of Hollywood action, 'Rambo', returns in a younger and rougher form. Netflix star Noah Centineo takes over the baton from Sylvester Stallone to portray the beginning of the legend.
According to reports from Variety and other foreign media on the 30th (Korean time), the prequel project of the film 'John Rambo' has officially started filming in Bangkok and Krabi, Thailand. This film goes back to the time before the 1982 film 'Rambo (First Blood)', depicting John Rambo's horrific experiences in the Vietnam War and how he transformed into a 'human weapon'.

◆ The Meeting of 'Sisu' Director and the Russo Brothers
The direction is handled by Finnish director Jalmari Helander, who received critical acclaim for the film 'Sisu'. He stated, "This film will be the raw essence of Rambo's lost innocence and desperate survival instinct," hinting at intense direction. Additionally, the production company AGBO, led by the Russo Brothers who directed the 'Avengers' series, is collaborating with Lionsgate, raising expectations for the scale of action.
◆ New Comrades Join
In addition to lead Noah Centineo, a solid supporting cast has joined. Jason Tobin from the drama 'Warrior', Quincy Isaiah from 'Winning Time', and Jefferson White from 'Yellowstone' have been cast to add to the tension of the battlefield.
