〈Evil Evolution: First Lady 2〉 begins with the provocative question, "Who is the real VIP of the Yongsan Presidential Office?" The film delves into the gap between the public's perception of power and the actual workings of that power.

The released main poster heightens tension by targeting the invisible center of power with the keyword 'hidden influence' and the phrase "I am the NO.1 in South Korea!" The accompanying trailer rapidly edits actual statements and footage from politicians, showcasing the process of the privileged elite merging into one figure, the state of martial law and civil unrest, a speech by Cheongong, and allegations of illegal profits, revealing the true face of South Korea's power structure beyond mere scandals.
