
Academy Award-winning actress Jessica Chastain stars in the film 〈Dreams〉, which has confirmed its release in South Korea on March 18 and unveiled its main poster. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Michel Franco, who is recognized by the world's top three film festivals, this drama explores the romance between two individuals standing before the barriers of class and borders.
〈Dreams〉 tells the story of philanthropist Jennifer (Jessica Chastain) and Mexican ballet dancer Fernando (Isaac Hernandez), who are in a romantic relationship. The film delves deeply into the conflict and cracks in their relationship, as Fernando, who illegally immigrated in pursuit of the American Dream, and Jennifer, who tries to hide their relationship to maintain her status in high society, navigate their struggles.
This work has been nominated for the competition section of the 75th Berlin International Film Festival and has also been officially invited to the Icon section of the 30th Busan International Film Festival, recognizing its artistic merit.
