Special makeup work by the makeup team—including Diana Y. Choi, a Hollywood special-makeup artist from South Korea—helped illuminate Dwayne Johnson’s performance even more, and Johnson earned his first-ever Golden Globe nomination for best actor in a motion picture for this project.
