'Marty Supreme' Director Josh Safdie Confirms Online GV on June 30 at CGV Yongsan iPark Mall for First Talk With Korean Viewers

〈Marty Supreme〉 director Josh Safdie is set to meet Korean viewers, at least via video call.

The film 〈Marty Supreme〉 is Josh Safdie’s first solo directorial work among the “Safdie brothers.” It depicts Marty Mauzer, who becomes obsessed with a dream that no one respects, as he heads all the way to hell to become the best. Ahead of its July 1 release in South Korea, director Josh Safdie will meet audiences at an online GV on June 30.

The online GV, set for Tuesday, June 30 at 7 p.m. at CGV Yongsan iPark Mall, will be hosted on site by Cineplay editor-in-chief Joo Seong-cheol, with director Josh Safdie joining online. It will be a chance for director Josh Safdie to connect with Korean audiences for the first time, and is expected to treat viewers who have waited a long time for the release of 〈Marty Supreme〉 to a fun time.

〈Marty Supreme〉 will open on July 1, following the June 30 online GV. Hollywood top stars Timothée Chalamet and Gwyneth Paltrow appear and deliver flawless on-screen chemistry.
