Beabadoobee, Taylor Swift Tour Opener, to Make Korea Debut Seven Years Into Career With Seoul Arena Tour Next March 23

From Billboard’s top new artist to No. 1 on the U.K. charts, global pop star lands in Korea

Beabadoobee, a leading singer-songwriter in the global indie-pop scene, will finally meet her Korean fans. Promoter Live Nation Korea officially announced on the 7th that Beabadoobee will hold her first concert in Korea at Seoul’s Olympic Hall on March 23 next year. The show will be part of Beabadoobee’s first arena tour since her debut, which will begin in North America before continuing through Europe, Australia and Asia.

Born in the Philippines and raised in London, Beabadoobee burst onto the scene in 2017 with her debut single, “Coffee”. She went on to build a global following with her distinctive bedroom-pop sound and candid lyrics, successfully releasing three full-length albums and multiple EPs. After her music went viral on TikTok and other short-form platforms, she further cemented her global profile in 2023 when she was chosen as an opening act for pop superstar Taylor Swift’s North American dates on “The Eras Tour”.

Her musical achievements have won over critics and audiences alike. With her 2020 debut studio album, “Fake It Flowers”, she was named Billboard’s top new rock artist of the year. Her third studio album, “This Is How Tomorrow Moves”, released in 2024, reached No. 1 on the U.K. Official Albums Chart shortly after its release, marking a career high. Her first concert in Korea, seven years after her debut, is expected to be a landmark performance that gives local fans a chance to experience firsthand the full force of Beabadoobee at the height of her rise as a global pop star.
