Return of a fully realized creator brings long-awaited first solo show

Japan’s next-generation singer-songwriter “Murasaki Ima” will finally meet fans in Korea for an intimate solo performance. Concert promoter LIVET officially announced that his first solo concert in Korea will be held Dec. 12 at “YES24 Wonder Rock Hall” in Seoul.

“Murasaki Ima” is more than a vocalist. In addition to writing, composing and arranging his music, he personally oversees the entire creative process, including artwork and music video production. His signature songs — including “Golden Time” (ゴ-ルデンタイム), “Bewitching Woman A” (魔性の女A) and “That Girl Everyone’s Talking About” (ウワサのあの子) — combine a distinctive worldview with sophisticated sound and have won over both the public and critics.

This will not be his first visit to Korea. He has previously appeared at major Korean music festivals, including “Wonder Rivet” and the “Seoul Jazz Festival”, where he demonstrated explosive live skills and commanding stage presence.
