Former 4Minute Member Jeon Ji-yoon to Marry Nov. 22, Following HyunA as Second Married Member

A second act as a web novelist, and a fresh start with a loving partner

Singer and web novelist 'Jeon Ji-yoon', a former member of the group '4Minute', will marry her non-celebrity partner on the 22nd at a private location in Seoul.

'Jeon Ji-yoon' announced the news herself on the 4th through her social media accounts. "I never thought the day would come when I would say the word marriage in my life," she said, candidly sharing her feelings ahead of the wedding: "I'm excited and embarrassed."

Her fiancé is reportedly not in the entertainment industry. After dating for a long time, the couple will marry, grounded in their strong trust in each other. 'Jeon Ji-yoon' described her fiancé as "a partner with an even more wonderful and warmer heart than mine," expressing her deep affection and trust in her future husband.

With the wedding, 'Jeon Ji-yoon' will become the second married member of '4Minute', after 'HyunA'. 'HyunA' previously made headlines when she married singer Yong Jun-hyung in October.

After debuting in 2009 as a member of the girl group '4Minute', 'Jeon Ji-yoon' made a name for herself at the top of the music industry with numerous mega-hits, including 'Hot Issue' and 'Mirror, Mirror'. After the group disbanded in 2016, she embarked on a solo career and continued making music. More recently, she drew public attention by reinventing herself as a web novelist. "I will continue to write good works as an author and give back the love I've received," she said, promising to remain active as a writer after her marriage.
