〈F1 The Movie〉 tells the story of Sony Hayes (Brad Pitt), a promising driver from the last-place F1 team who has never held a championship trophy, and the team's ace and genius driver Joshua Pierce (Damson Idris). Directed by Joseph Kosinski, who established himself as a successful director with 〈Top Gun: Maverick〉, Brad Pitt stars and produces the film.

Released worldwide on June 25, 〈F1 The Movie〉 surpassed $600 million at the worldwide box office on August 25 (local time). Additionally, in South Korea, it surpassed 4.5 million viewers as of August 24, maintaining the top spot among foreign films set to release in 2025.

Brad Pitt, who has succeeded with this film, is currently filming the spinoff of 〈Once Upon a Time in Hollywood〉, titled 〈Cliff Booth's Adventure〉. Joseph Kosinski is currently preparing his next project, a new film titled 〈Miami Vice〉.
