Han Ga-in Visits Mangwon Market, Causing Market Shutdown... Citizens 'Excited' Over YouTube Filming

Actress Han Ga-in visited Mangwon Market during a YouTube shoot and experienced a situation where the market was paralyzed due to the crowd. In a video released on the 23rd on the YouTube channel 'Free Woman Han Ga-in', Han was seen walking around the market without a mask conducting a recognition test.

On the first day of the Chuseok holiday, the 3rd, Han visited Mangwon Market to conduct a recognition test along with a '50,000 Won Shopping Challenge'. She explained, "There are so many prospective 'Nallari' (subscriber nickname) here. I came out to do some business and to see the Chuseok prices," adding, "It’s been 10 years since I came to Mangwon Market."

Mangwon Market is a traditional market located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, famous for its fresh produce and food. It is particularly popular among the younger crowd in their 20s and 30s, bustling with many people on weekends. The first day of the Chuseok holiday, when Han visited, was especially crowded with citizens shopping ahead of the holiday.

Entering a market already bustling with people, Han exclaimed, "There are really a lot of people." She added, "No matter which market you go to today, it’s the busiest day. I usually see a lot of vegetables because I go with my mom."

While exploring the market, Han took a break eating tteokbokki at a snack shop. However, people soon began to gather. With a surprised expression, Han explained, "What should we do? We have four cameras filming, but it seems like there are dozens of cameras now."

Many citizens recognized Han and requested to take photos, causing crowds to gather throughout the market. Han told the snack shop owner, "I’m doing YouTube, and I hope you can subscribe," to which the owner happily replied, "I will," adding warmth to the situation.

As Han wandered around the market, she enjoyed a pleasant time shaking hands with citizens. She communicated with people who constantly approached her, enjoying the atmosphere, and ultimately managed to gain 10 additional subscribers on the spot.

Meanwhile, Han opened her personal YouTube channel 'Free Woman Han Ga-in' last October to share her daily life. Married to Yeon Jeong-hoon and having two children, Han is expanding her activities as an actress and YouTuber.
